Who we are
Alina Fitness ("we", "us") provides personal training and nutrition coaching services at BD Gyms, Northwood, Dublin, Ireland. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use allymariafit.com and our booking and client portal services, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, when you create a client account.
- Booking data: session dates/times, package purchased, payment status.
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
- Progress data: weight, notes and photos you choose to upload to track your own progress. This is only visible to you and your trainer.
- Contact form data: name, email and message if you contact us.
- Technical data: basic session cookies required to keep you signed in (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your data
We use your data only to:
- Create and manage your account and bookings.
- Process payments via Stripe.
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, and session-related emails via Resend.
- Let you and your trainer track your fitness progress inside your private dashboard.
- Respond to enquiries sent through our contact form.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.
Who we share it with
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication (EU-based infrastructure).
- Stripe — processes payments securely; see Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Resend — sends transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders).
- Vercel — hosts this website.
We do not share your data with any other third party.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data.
- Withdraw consent for progress photos/notes at any time by deleting them from your dashboard.

Data retention
We keep your account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes). Progress photos and notes are kept until you delete them or your account is closed.
